As the Founder and CEO of The Opportunity Co. LLC, I am passionate about connecting talented individuals with meaningful career opportunities while helping healthcare organizations find the right people to support their growth and success.
With a background in healthcare administration and experience in medical assisting, clinical administration, and healthcare operations management, I understand the importance of having the right people in the right positions. My professional journey has allowed me to see firsthand how strong teams, effective leadership, and the right opportunities can make a lasting difference in healthcare.
I founded The Opportunity Co. LLC with a mission that goes beyond recruitment. I believe opportunity should be accessible to everyone — from recent graduates and individuals entering a new career path to experienced professionals and future executive leaders.
